Payment and dispatch
The following terms and conditions apply:
Domestic delivery (Germany) and following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, Greece, Malta, Poland, Romania, Cyprus, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Monaco, San Marino, Iceland, Japan, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Shipping costs for deliveries within Germany are €5.99. For orders with a value of €85.00 or more, delivery is free of charge. For further details on delivery times, please refer to the shipping cost table in the lower section of this page.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
Shipping costs for deliveries abroad vary depending on the destination and currency. A complete overview of all countries, currencies and costs can be found in the overview table in the lower section of this page.
Delivery periods
For detailed delivery times per country, calculated in working days (Monday to Friday) from the date of conclusion of contract, please refer to the shipping table below.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Delivery Areas
We ship to selected countries worldwide. Shipping is handled by our production partner Printful from various fulfillment locations (e.g., within the EU, USA, Canada, Australia or Japan). The production location is automatically selected based on availability and proximity to the delivery address to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Since all products are custom-made to order, delivery time consists of production time plus shipping time. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping. The times stated are estimates and may vary in individual cases (e.g., holidays, supply shortages, or high order volumes).

🛃 Please note: For shipments to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, San Marino, Norway, Iceland, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery.
For Japan: Most orders are fulfilled locally in Japan. In rare cases, customs & import taxes may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.
Shipping Carriers
Delivery is carried out by shipping carriers selected by our production partner Printful (e.g., DHL, FedEx, USPS, DPD, or other regional carriers). For more information, visit www.printful.com/shipping.
Partial Shipments
If an order includes multiple products manufactured at different locations, Printful may arrange partial shipments. These are shipped at no additional cost to you.
Undeliverable Shipments
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information or non-collection, the buyer is responsible for the resulting return shipping costs.
